NwRSA is a four state network of individuals which promotes the art and craft of handspinning, provides a communication network for spinners in the Pacific Northwest, gives handspinners an opportunity to share, learn, educate, and work together on a regional basis, trains judges to evaluate handspun yarns at fiber contests, awards grants to spinners to further their skills and knowledge of handspinning, and sponsors educational seminars, workshops and an annual conference.
ANWG is an association of fiber arts guilds located within the Pacific Northwest United States and Western Canada. ANWG provides services and support to its Member Guilds with the idea that combining resources and providing an economy of scale, services can be provided that would not be possible for the individual guilds to provide on their own.
