August 6th, 2018: Flora Carlile-Kovacs “Felted Ruffle Scarf” at Sue Nylander’s Studio Award winner of several art shows, Flora Carlile-Kovacs will teach you how to work with thin and even layers of fine merino wool. You will learn how to blend the colors and the silk fiber in the wool before felting. Beginner to Advanced

January: Kathy Martin, "Untangling the web we weave"; stop warping and wefting! Here is an option to weave using the triangular loom and one continuous ball of yarn. Envision the unlimited possibilities using various sizes of the triloom.
February: Katherine Larson, UofW. "Viking age textiles". With the humble spindle as a starting point, she will describe from fiber to spun fiber to the woven cloth for the Viking sails.
